Returns & Exchanges Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority. We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Remain in the same condition as when received (unused, undamaged)
  • Have all original tags attached
  • Be in its original packaging

2. Return Process & Shipping Fees

If your return is approved:

  • We will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how to ship the package and where to send it.
  • Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Shipping Fee Note:

If the return is not due to a mistake by Kaydenana (e.g., change of mind), a $10 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Alternatively, you may choose to ship the item via a carrier of your choice to the address below, and include your order number inside the package:

3. Damaged Items & Issues

Inspect your item upon receipt. If you encounter any of the following issues, please contact us via email at official@kaydenana.com within 48 hours for assistance (to allow us to assess and resolve the problem):

  • Defective items
  • Damaged items
  • Receiving the wrong item

4. Exchanges

  • The fastest way to ensure you receive your desired item is to return your current item. Once the return is accepted, please place a separate order for the new item.
  • We only accept one exchange per order.
  • To request an exchange: Follow the return steps outlined above. We will send you a free prepaid shipping label via email.

5. Refunds

  • After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the inspection result and whether your refund has been approved.
  • If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 2 business days.
  • Please note: Your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and release the refund.
  • If more than 10 business days have passed since your return was sent, please contact us via email at official@kaydenana.com for follow-up.
