1. Destinations & Shipping Costs

  • Free Domestic Shipping: Complimentary standard shipping is available for orders totaling over $49, applicable only to addresses within the United States.
  • International Orders: For shipments outside the United States, buyers are solely responsible for covering all customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by the destination country.
  • Delivery Confirmation Liability: We bear no responsibility for orders that are marked as "delivered" by the carrier but have not been received by the customer.

2. Order Tracking

  • Tracking Information Provision: After your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a unique tracking number, which allows you to monitor your package’s real-time delivery status. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam/junk folder, as it may have been filtered there accidentally.
  • Tracking Assistance: If you cannot locate your tracking number or need additional tracking support, you may contact us at official@kaydenana.com for assistance.
  • Address Accuracy: It is critical to verify that your shipping address and contact information are accurate and complete before placing an order. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot modify the delivery route or address. We are not liable for undelivered packages resulting from invalid, incomplete, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

What to Do If Tracking Shows "Delivered" But You Haven’t Received the Package

If your tracking information indicates the package has been delivered but you have not received it, please take the following steps:

  • Check your mailbox, porch, garage, or other hidden areas around your residence (e.g., near doors, under doormats).
  • Confirm with family members, roommates, or household members who may have accepted the delivery on your behalf.
  • Inquire with neighboring households to rule out accidental delivery to the wrong address.
  • Allow 12–24 additional hours: Carriers sometimes scan packages as "delivered" before completing the physical drop-off (e.g., to finalize daily delivery logs). The package may still be en route and delivered within this timeframe.

Liability for Lost/Stolen Packages

Standard delivery packages do not require a signature upon receipt. We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. If you suspect your package has been lost or stolen, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. For packages delivered to the wrong address, contact the carrier immediately to initiate an investigation and arrange for redelivery to the correct address.

3. Delivery Times

  • Order Acceptance: Kaydenana accepts online orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
  • Processing & Shipping Timelines:
    • Orders placed on weekdays (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 24 hours of submission.
    • Orders placed on weekends (Saturday–Sunday) or public holidays will be processed and shipped on the next business day.
  • Shipping Confirmation: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with details about the carrier and tracking number.
